OptimizeHQ is operated from Canada and these terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Products and Services
OptimizeHQ sells digital products including but not limited to automation blueprints, prompt libraries, templates, and workflow systems. All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.
Purchases and Payment
All purchases are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy and Stripe. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price and any applicable taxes (including VAT, which is handled by Lemon Squeezy).
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using a product, please contact us at hello@optimyzehq.com within 14 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, templates, prompts, blueprints, and digital products — is the property of OptimizeHQ and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content or products without express written permission.
