Our editorial standards

OptimyzeHQ is an independent studio building AI workflows for solopreneurs and creators. This page explains exactly how our guides and products get made, and how we use AI to make them. We publish it because you deserve to know what stands behind the advice and the tools you pay for.

How every guide and product is made

Nothing ships until it has been through this process:

  1. We build it. Every workflow, blueprint, and prompt is built by hand, not generated and forgotten.
  2. We run it on a live account. With real inputs, checking each output against pass criteria. If it does not hold up, it does not go out.
  3. We verify every claim against the source. Prices, plan limits, and feature availability are checked against the vendor’s own documentation before we publish them, and treated as dated snapshots that can change.
  4. We review it twice. Each article goes through two rounds of editorial review for accuracy, clarity, and usefulness.
  5. We read it as a customer. Before release, every guide and product is reviewed from the perspective of both a newcomer and an experienced operator, to make sure it can actually be understood and used.
  6. We date it, and we re-check it. Content is verified on a schedule, because tools and prices move.

How we use AI

We use AI tools to help draft and structure content, the same way we teach you to. Every factual claim is verified by a human against a primary source, and every workflow is tested by a human on a real account before it reaches you. AI helps us work faster. It does not decide what is true, and it does not ship anything unchecked.

Who is behind it

Content on this site is authored by OptimyzeHQ and edited and tested by Gilles, who builds and runs the workflows before they are published. We are a small, independent operation, and we run OptimyzeHQ on the same kind of automations we sell.
