Introduction
OptimyzeHQ (“we,” “us,” or “our”) sells digital products: templates, workflow systems, and done-with-you builds. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which we offer refunds. By purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.
Templates and Workflow Systems
You have 14 days from your purchase date to request a refund on any template or workflow system, including the Creator Content Engine, Notion templates, and prompt packs.
No questions asked. Email info@optimyzehq.com with your order details and we will process the refund within 5 business days, back to your original payment method.
After 14 days, refunds are reviewed case by case but not guaranteed.
Done-With-You Builds
Done-with-you engagements include scheduled time and custom work delivered live or asynchronously. Refund eligibility depends on what has been delivered:
- Before work begins: Full refund.
- After the kickoff session but before deliverables: Partial refund, prorated against time and work already invested.
- After deliverables have been provided: No refund, since the work has been completed and transferred.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@optimyzehq.com with:
- The email address used at purchase
- The product name and order number, if available
- Optional: what didn’t work for you. This helps us improve. It is not required.
We respond within 24 hours Monday to Friday. Approved refunds reach your card or PayPal account within 5 to 10 business days after we process them.
What Is Not Refundable
- Refund requests sent more than 14 days after purchase for templates and workflow systems
- Done-with-you work that has already been delivered
- Free products, lead magnets, and the Free AI Starter Kit (no purchase, so nothing to refund)
Subscription Products
OptimyzeHQ does not currently offer subscription products. All paid products are one-time purchases. If we introduce subscriptions in the future, this policy will be updated.
Quebec and Canadian Consumer Rights
OptimyzeHQ operates from Quebec, Canada. This Refund Policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act and other applicable Canadian consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects when changes were last made. Continued use of the site and continued purchases after a policy update constitute acceptance of the new terms.
