AI Cold Outreach • Self-hosted on Make + Claude

A pipeline of scored prospects, with openers drafted in your voice

The Lead Engine scores each prospect for fit, drafts a personalized opener and follow-up in your voice, and logs every lead to your CRM. You approve before anything goes out. It never sends on its own.

What the Lead Engine does

It turns a cold list into a warm pipeline, with the first message already written for your review.

Most outreach tools either blast one template to everyone or hand you a blank page. The Lead Engine does neither. It reads what you know about each prospect, scores how well they fit, writes an opener and a follow-up only when the fit is real, and logs every lead to a database you can search. The send stays yours.

  • Scores each prospect from 1 to 10 for fit, with a one-line reason
  • Drafts an opener and a follow-up in your voice, ready to review
  • Flags poor-fit prospects so you spend time on the right ones
  • Logs every lead to Airtable with a clear status flow
  • Never sends anything, ever, on its own
  • Refuses to invent details it cannot see, so nothing reads as fake
  • Runs on your own accounts, on a schedule you set
  • Uses your own Claude key so your list stays in your control

Your pipeline, one status at a time

New

A prospect you just added, waiting to be scored.

Researched

Scored for fit, with an opener and follow-up drafted and ready to review.

Contacted

You approved and sent the opener. The clock starts.

Replied

They wrote back. The conversation is live.

Booked

A call is on the calendar. The point of the whole thing.

Not a fit

Scored low or wrong timing. Logged and set aside, never deleted.

How it works

  1. Add. You drop prospects into the lead database, each with a link or two of context.
  2. Score. Claude reads the context and rates fit from 1 to 10, with a short reason.
  3. Draft. When the fit is real, Claude writes an opener and a follow-up in your voice.
  4. Review. The drafts wait on the row. You read, edit if needed, and approve.
  5. Send and track. You send the opener yourself, and the status moves through your pipeline toward booked.

Who this is for (and not)

Built for

  • Solo operators and freelancers who need a steady flow of the right clients
  • People already on Claude who want it doing the outreach groundwork
  • Anyone who wants drafts to approve, not a bot that blasts strangers
  • Owners who want every lead scored and tracked in one place

Not for

  • Teams wanting a multi-seat sales CRM with automation at scale
  • Anyone who wants cold email sent automatically with no review
  • People unwilling to spend about 30 minutes on a one-time setup
  • Buyers hoping to scrape lists, since the engine works from context you curate

FAQ

What exactly do I get?
A ready-to-import Make blueprint, the Claude prompt pack that scores and drafts, an Airtable lead database to copy, an ICP profile template and a voice profile template, and a step-by-step setup guide. Everything arrives on an access hub by email within minutes of purchase.
Does it send outreach on its own?
No. The engine scores and drafts. Every opener waits on the row for your approval, and you send it yourself. Nothing reaches a prospect until you decide it should.
Do I need to be technical?
No terminal or code. You copy an Airtable base, import a Make blueprint, connect a couple of accounts, and paste your details into the prompt pack. Plan on about 30 minutes once, and the guide walks every step.
What does it cost to run?
Two usage-based meters you control. Your own Anthropic API key bills well under a cent per prospect at solo volume. Make Core covers the automation. You set the schedule, so you set the pace and the cost.
Where do the leads come from?
From you. The Lead Engine works on context you curate, a name, a company, and a link or two, not scraped lists. That is what keeps the openers specific and the outreach respectful.
Will the openers sound like me?
Yes. The prompt pack includes a voice profile you fill in, and you can paste in the profile from our Train AI in Your Brand Voice method for a tighter match. The engine also refuses to invent details it cannot see, so nothing reads as fake.
Is cold outreach allowed?
Cold outreach is legal in most places when you follow the rules: identify yourself, give a clear way to opt out, and respect anti-spam laws like CASL and CAN-SPAM. The Lead Engine is built for permission-respecting, one-to-one outreach, not bulk spam. This is not legal advice, so check the rules for your market.
What if it is not for me?
Every OptimyzeHQ product carries a 30-day refund. If the Lead Engine does not fit how you work, email info@optimyzehq.com within 30 days for a full refund.

Better together. The Lead Engine is also part of the Solo Ops Engine bundle, paired with the Inbox Engine, so you land clients and keep the inbox they create under control from one back office, for less than buying both separately.
